Everything has been extremely easy, from my rental application to moving in and getting maintenance requests filled. I've been extremely happy with the location and amenities in the building and surrounding area. I would definitely recommend the building.

The building is great along with the community. The rooftop garden is so beautiful in the summer. It feels like a little escape from the city. The location of Reside on Wellington is ideal for someone who works downtown. The express buses near the Lakeshore cut my commute down to only 20 minutes, door-to-door.

It's been smooth and effortless. Management takes what you have to say seriously and acts upon it. My apartment condition is great and the building is extremely well kept and fun to live in. The laundry room is great and in building dry cleaning is an amazing feature. The outdoor space tops it off with its beautiful garden and awesome views.
